What happens after you pay

No mystery, no waiting around. Here is the exact sequence:

Right after payment
You get your receipt and a 15-minute onboarding form.

Services, service area, estimate hours, calendar, who gets notified, and your business details (LLC name and EIN) so we can register your texting number with the carriers on day one. That form is everything we need to start.

Days 1–3
We build your system and submit your carrier registration.

Configured with your company name, services, cities, and real availability, wired to your calendar and your existing lead sources (website form, Facebook leads, missed-call text-back). In parallel, your business texting registration (required by US carriers for every company that texts customers) is submitted from your onboarding details. It usually clears in about a week, and you get your written launch date the moment it does. We build while it processes, so nothing waits on us.

Before any monthly billing
The live test: you try to break it.

You play a homeowner and text your own system. It answers, qualifies the project, captures the name and address, and books a test estimate onto your calendar while you watch. The owner notification lands on your phone.

Launch
It goes live on your real channels.

It starts answering your real inquiries on the schedule you choose: after hours only, or full 24/7. You can expand coverage anytime.

Ongoing
We manage it. You run estimates.

We monitor conversations, refine answers, and hand anything unusual to you with context attached. You get booked estimates and a monthly summary of what the system did.

The live-test guarantee

Monthly billing does not begin until a test lead receives a response, completes qualification, books a test appointment, and you receive the notification. And if we cannot make your system book a test estimate in front of you, we refund your setup fee. You own your accounts, the handoff is documented, and your launch date is in writing.
